I had the most beautiful thing happen. I am HOH & wear aids. Since the whole mask thing, I have had them adjusted twice & had custom molds made. Turns out I read lips more than I thought. It also turns out, my aids were not adjusted to optimum levels. I was just in the car and one of my favorite songs came on. (From the Broadway musical: Six – GetDown even though my favorite of HenryVIII queens is K. Howard) anyway, I could hear that song Crystal Clear. Omg. Tears, literally. He made me feel at ease & answered all my questions & explained everything so thoroughly! My Mom got her hearing aids through Clarity & referred me saying I’d be happy I did. She was right, I am!! 😉

I can’t say enough great things about this business!! Rey was my Hearing Specialist and is very helpful and knowledgeable! The hearing test was 100 percent free along with the consultation. Rey makes the whole process very comfortable. I was even fortunate to have a “house” visit as my settings were a little off after an adjustment, as he happened to be in my area!
