Directions to our Two Harbors Location

In Two Harbors we see patients in the Agate Bay Professional Building, right on the corner of 7th Street and 2nd Avenue.  Parking is available in the small lot in front of the building or along the street or avenue. If you enter the building from the parking lot then we’re the first door on the left! IMPORTANT: Please call ahead for an appointment, as we aren’t equipped to handle walk-ins.
