Directions to our Hayward Location

In Hayward we see patients in the Hayward Area Memorial Hospital’s Medical Outreach Clinic. The Medical Outreach Clinic is on the lower level from the hospital and has its own separate entrance and parking lot.  As you drive on Highway 77 you should see a larger entrance to the main hospital and a smaller entrance to the Medical Outreach Clinic.  Take the smaller entrance, follow the signs for “Medical Outreach Clinic,” and we’re right in there. IMPORTANT: Please call ahead for an appointment, as we aren’t equipped to handle walk-ins.
